Brokerage services at Zaman CJSC are provided in strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, utilizing unified international standards and formalized regulatory procedures.
Pursuant to Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, our client relationships are structured under an accession to Brokerage Agreement model. To initiate our partnership, clients are required to review the terms of our public offer and submit a signed Application for Accession to Brokerage Agreement to the Company.
